View change and zoom stopped working (1.9.1)

My flightgear 1.9.1 worked fine then I installed the new version 2.4, didn't like so uninstalled and after that I have had problems with the zoom and that view change stopped working in the 1.9.1 version. I started playing around with the files and I got the view change working again via copying and overwriting some files, don't remember what ones, maybe view.nas.

Then I flew and made a major crash and after that when I closed the game and restarted the zooming and view change stopped working again and can't figure out what is wrong. As well when I rightclick twice so that I can pan the view it used to go back to default view via left click and it does not work either. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled and still the problem consists.

And it jumps semi frequently so that the main "flying" window deactivates and I have to click in it to steer with the keyboard. So it seems to be distracted by something...

Hello and Welcome to the forum!

Unfortunately you might have to reinstall 1.9.1, as it is quite possible that 2.4.0 messed up the installation.

Just make sure you back up your aircraft and any custom scenery before.

Did it twice and still the same problem...

I tried deleting everything I could find and reinstalling but no... I'm wondering if there are any hidden files anywhere that I cannot find that are messing it up?... Been wondering if there are the .nas files somewhere that I could copy paste because if I remeber correctly it was a .nas file (maybe the view.nas) that I overwrote the first time when I solved the problem.
