Code is too hard to read.

I'm using a bright flatscreen monitor, and code appears as light blue text on white.

It's really, really hard to read.

I've accessed this forum from a variety of different browsers and PC platforms and I've never seen a bad color combination for text readability like that. Perhaps there is a setting within your browser which is overriding the default colors? I'm not saying you're the only one seeing it like that, but I've certainly never heard anyone else with the same complaint!

Yes, code found in boxes like that. Well, I checked the color using Firebug in my browser, and the color I gave as an example was quite a bit off. I see it as a very light blue, but when I run the mouse over the color setting that firebug displays, it's a medium green in a larger swatch that pops up. It's the size of the text, and the angle of my monitor that is throwing me off. Oh, well. It'd be more readable if it were darker, but if nobody else is bothered by it, I guess I know where that leaves me...
