September 2, 2008. We lost Kenai our family dog for the last 12 and a half years today. It is a sad day for the Olson family. Here are some pictures. Here are some pictures when we went out for a walk/run early last March before the snow disappeared on us. He is really missed.

I got to fly an original 1946 Luscombe as part of my work trip so it's hard to complain too much. Schedule & Scores, League Standings, Playoffs Round One (Aug 17). Playoffs Quarter-Finals (Aug 19). Playoffs Semi-Finals (Aug 23). Championship game (Aug 24).

June 2, 2008. (View the entire fleet.)
Big Stick 40: (6/2) Successful maiden! Midwest Citabria: (5/28) We had beautiful weather in the late afternoon so I went up for two very nice flights. I'm biased, but this is a gorgeous scale airplane which flies exceptionally well. Ultra Sport 40: (5/28) Flew 2 nice basic flights today. The goal was to shake off some of the lingering winter thumb rust before taking the Citabria up. EGN-1 project update: (5/21) First flight on the new E-Flight 46 motor. Go electric power! :-) This is a very nice option for this aircraft. Sig Rascal C: (8/3/2007) Flew at Brian's parent's place north of Baldwin, WI. Hand launched and recovered over a cut hay field. Hangar 9 Cub on Floats: (7/21/2007) Flew off my parent's lake, but winds were not friendly so I only did one short flight. Mariner 40: (7/14/2007) First water flights of the year. Very windy and wavy ... broke the keel off once, and ripped two different holes in the fuselage covering ... almost sunk it twice!
